MEDITATION

Visualization is a Skill

An integral component of every class, students practice meditation in an effort to physically decompress and centralize their thoughts. The instructors place a high level of importance on being able to translate negative energy into positive energy. Meditation is encouraged as a means of maintaining calmness and focus in high stress situations, but like any other skill, it requires dedication and practice.
