Training the Body to Withstand the Abuse of Combat

At The Dojo, one of the most physically challenging classes is Dojo Fitness, where students participate in group-based calisthenics mixed with basic martial arts exercises. Students credit this as being one of the best introductory classes for people who are new to martial arts, and also the most effective way of breaking a sweat and getting the body moving.
